How can it be that working hard does not count? How can it be that trying to achieve is not good. How can socialism be acceptable in this country, or any form of it. Which is what our present administration is trying to do. Things are not equal. Just giving without merit produces apathy and laziness. Everyone needs to be productive, and not just in existing jobs which many government jobs are. Lots of waste. In ordinary businesses, if there is not a need for an employee, there would not be one, in government, there is. Much worse now. And it was bad in the late 80s when I had my foray in government. If you asked me when I was a kid if working for some governmental agency would have been a good thing, I would have said sure and spent many years there. Thank god that did not happen. Ranting I know.

Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day everyone. God Bless Moms. Also Happy Anniversary to my lovely wife. 23 years. Headed to go bowling with the Schrolls. Rainy day her in ATL. Started watching We Bought a Zoo. Good movie, gonna finish later. Got the new TV connected to the internet with a good connection, plugged a wire into the router instead of going from main router to wireless router to wireless tv. So far so good.

Couple of things. Went to my first tea party meeting tonight, really went to see a client of mine, ex local police official. He was good, learned a lot, may go back. Brought ultra conservative, to the right of right, Kirt. Needless to say, we had a hoot. Scary stuff was said. Many of these people who are against us need to be eliminated, just saying. Got some stuff done at work today, need to keep it going. Maybe a more relaxing time, but gotta hunker down. Megs is home, working all weekend she is, good for her. Thats all I got

Back, Back Again

Met with a lady today who I was referred to from a new client of FrontDesk. Social Media Guru. Liked her, want her to update all my facebook, twitter, linkedin, blog, etc. Played tennis again with Shane today. We lost, two days in a row. Just tough competition basically. Whoever screws up the least will win. I have played decently, backhand is on fire most times, but still screw up too much. Fun though. Work is definetly more relaxing now, although still lots to do, thank God. Need to get a bit organized and reactivate GTD - Getting Things Done. It does work and also need to show Mandy. She needs to be shown some things about how to handle date, emails, things to do, etc. Who is taught this stuff? No one Crappy time of the year, for me anyway, for Sports. NFL draft just got done, dont really care about NBA or NFL or Auto racing. Like Baseball some, awesome that the Braves and Chipper are doing well, or at least so far. Thank you NFL Network.
